Have electrical components been tested?

Yes, we test electrical parts for functionality before placing them on the web shop unless otherwise stated with the part.

Have the parts been checked?

Before we place a part on the web shop, it is checked to make sure that nothing is missing that would make it inoperable or impossible to assemble. If a part is damaged, this will always show up on the photos.

The part I am looking for is not on the webshop? Do you not have this part?

I cannot find the part number of the part I need, what can I do?

Can I change my order?

Can I return an order?

You can only return an item if it is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Please let us know before returning an item.

Once the payment has been received you will receive a confirmation. If the package is sent you will receive a track and trace of the carrier
